Holden Berlin

Holden has led strategy, content development and marketing for several media and marketing companies including HBO, Conde Nast, NBC Sports, Defy Media and McClatchy. Holden has partnered with brands such as Coca Cola, Kellogg's, General Motors, Verizon and P&G to build new revenue streams through dynamic content and marketing programs.


Holden's vast experience includes being the first marketer to stream the Super Bowl live, developing the #1 comedy event on YouTube for Smosh and 5Gum and creating Prank It FWD, the most successful feel-good marketing platform across multiple social networks.


Most recently Holden has focused his career on helping small and medium-sized businesses to improve their performance and ROI by leveraging creative digital marketing strategies to differentiate and drive customers down the purchase funnel.

Zack Smith

Zack is an accomplished marketing and content executive serving in leadership roles running integrated marketing, branded content, and influencer marketing at media companies including Defy Media, Alloy Digital, Generate, and McClatchy. Zack has created, developed and executed countless branded content, influencer marketing, and experiential marketing programs for Fortune 100 brands including Universal, Sony Playstation, Toyota, Samsung, TD Ameritrade, XBox, Macy’s, Kingsford, Sweet Tarts, Dell, HP, and Revlon. 


Zack also served as a senior advisor at MediaLink, a strategic consulting firm at the intersection of marketing, entertainment, and technology. During his over 2 years at the company, he led numerous engagements for start-ups and multinational companies with an emphasis on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and revenue acceleration.  


Zack received a Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and is obsessed with exploring the intersection of content, experiences, and commerce.


Scott Carr

Scott has served in leadership roles for some of the largest media companies in the country, including Gannett, GateHouse and McClatchy. His marketing and media expertise has assisted start-ups in establishing a footprint and national brands develop an omni channel campaign strategy.


Scott’s philosophy for success is rooted in understanding the local, cultural and geographical nuances of each and every business and from being in the trenches with his partners.  His knowledge and experience spans numerous segments including automotive, financial, health care, home service, legal and real estate capacities.


Leading a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses in navigating a complex digital landscape and ever-changing consumer journey is his professional passion. He has had direct responsibility for the development of strategies, partnerships and aligning technology to drive the execution of marketing campaigns large and small.
